I wasn't sure about this book at the beginning, but by the end I really began to enjoy it. I've read a few different books and things about meditation, and this book did a very nice job of consolidating many common practices into one resource. It also helped me a lot to have the focus on anxiety, rather than just standard meditation and mindfulness - anxiety is something I do struggle with quite a bit in my life. I can see myself using a lot of these practices in my daily life. I'm excited to read some of the other meditation/mindfulness books Brantley recommends.
