Of the three interviewing books I read and relied on this year, Next-Day Job Interview was the one I came back to most often. It always got straight to the point and even included instructions for which chapters could be skipped if the reader was exceptionally short on time. It had advice not only for the interview itself, but also for mentally and physically preparing oneself in the day preceding. I used it both when I had weeks to prepare as well as the one instance when I really did have a next-day interview. I was highly complimented on my interviews and there's no doubt that I have this book, among others, to thank for it. If you're looking for a book to learn or refresh your interviewing skills, this is my top recommendation.
