The way it was written may seem strange and lacking modesty but I think the author does indeed have some pretty solid experience in the business/entrepreneur world. I really like the definition of the entrepreneur in the true sense, not in the one we find in the media right now.
One other thing I liked was the advice to actually go into the real world and get some experience before trying to become an entrepreneur/leader. I think that's what some leaders lack, real life experiences that in the end help us become the leaders Steve Tobak is talking about.
I think this is a must read for anyone aiming of becoming a leader of a company, organization, etc. It can help you understand what actually makes you a good, a decent or even a bad leader.
